We use top of the line cleaners these come at no extra charge to you. They all have a health rating of 0-4, 4 Being the worst. The most we use is a (1).  We're concerned with your well being as well as our own. And we want to give you the best, safest results possible. We use the truck mounted, hot water extraction method, pretty much the same as steam cleaning, only better.

When we clean for you we want to be efficient and courteous. People have things to do after all. We will be on time and well dressed. If you want furniture moved, we move it. Just specify, when crew arrives, as to what you do and do not want moved. All we ask is that you take care of the breakables, lamps, nick nacks etc. again no extra charge. We also use a deodorizer in our traffic lane spray that is used in all open areas. And we back into the rooms then back out, so it's being cleaned and examined from both viewpoints.

Tile  & Grout

We use the best products available to us. This area is growing by the minute because more people are goingt to hard surfaces in the common areas of their homes. We use the truck mounted unit for this process and when we are done your tile and grut will look like new. To better serve you we bring in air movers so the surface is pretty much dry when we leave. We can also seal the tile and grout. But we have to do that the next day. However you won't be charged extra for the visit, just for the sealer itself. Every customer we have cleaned tile and grout for could not beleive the difference. They have all been extremely happy.

Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification

What Is I.I.C.R.C.?
I.I.C.R.C. stands for International, Institute of Cleaning, Restoration, and Certification. They are basically the governing body of the carpet industry. We have all of our certifications through them. They are on-line and have an informative web site.
They require you to attend courses ranging from (2) days to (7) days, depending on the type of certification you are trying to attain or get update points for. You have to get update points every (2) years.

Important Facts

• Leave all the plastic tabs and wood blocks under the furniture for a day and a half.
• The most critical time is the drying time. Set up an electric fan when we are finished. Have it blowing toward areas which you will be walking on first. (This can cut your drying time down to one hour, depending upon carpet fiber, weather, and humidity conditions.)
• If your carpet is GUARDED. WATCH YOUR STEP. It will be very slippery walking on tile or wooden floors. Once it dries, it will not be slippery. Drying time is about the same.
• All we ask you to move are your breakable items. We will move the larger furniture for you.
• We move all the furniture away from the walls, clean behind it, move it back, and put tabs or wood blocks under it.
• In most cases, we pre-spot and pre-spray all traffic areas.
• We back into each room and clean it. Then we turn around and back out of each room and clean it again. We always clean traffic areas both directions.
• We brush the carpet, nap up, and lay walking paper if needed.
